Easy Healthy Breakfast

I am loving this simple breaky idea at the moment …. So simple and fun and I use different fruit each day.

  1. Put a small amount of the toasted muesli in a glass and
  2. Soak it for 5 mins in a small amount of milk (we use the skim UHT)
  3. Add the same amount of yoghurt as muesli
  4. add fruit to the top … I heat some fresh or frozen berries or add cranberries or sultanas sometimes.

Mix and enjoy!
