Summer Smoothie Tips

I am a recent re-convert to the humble smoothie … easy to make, pretty easy to clean up and delicious … did I mention healthy and filling hahaha.

  • About 3/4 cup orange juice, milk, soy milk, rice milk, or almond milk
  • 1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 to 3 fresh mint leaves (optional)
