I love it when I stumble across something super easy yet really effective. I tried these Sydney Opera House mini pavs this afternoon with the kiddos and they were a success! We are going to make another batch on Monday for our Australia Day party.
Ingredients
1 packet of mini pavlova cases
1 punnet of strawberries
1 tub of double cream
Method
1. Place the empty pavlova cases on a plate and fill with double cream
2. Cut the strawberries into quarters and arrange like the sails of the opera house (we did 3 one way and 2 the other)
3. Voila!
My eldest son isn’t fussed on cream so we did an ice-cream version as well which worked possibly even better because it was easier to arrange the strawberries.
