Ingredients
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of coconut shredded/flaked
2-3 tablespoons of flax seeds ( optional )
2-3 tablespoons of chia seed
1-2 tablespoons of cacao or carob
1 drop of food grade peppermint
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 (ish) cup of pitted medjool dates or if using other dates soak in warm water for about 15 minutes and drain.
(Make it your own and swap for any nuts and seeds you enjoy or are on special)
Process in a food processor roll into small balls ( about a teaspoon) and keep in the fridge!
