Mega Green Smoothie with Coconut Water

This sounds super refreshing and healthy. I love a smoothie and this is one on my list now.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • A few handfuls of Baby Spinach, washed
  • 50g Fresh Mint
  • 3 Kale leaves, washed
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup of frozen Berries
  • 500 mL Coconut Water

Method

  • Start with the Greens and Coconut Water in your blender.
  • Pulse a few times.
  • Add the fruit next, and set your blender to Puree until smooth.
  • Voila! Serve immediately.

Note: You can vary the amount of Coconut Water depending on your preferences for thick or thin smoothies and add ice if extra cold and extra thick is your thing. Mmmmmmmm…
