Yah for back to school and a chance to brave the shops again! Set out below are 5 fun things that are in shops right now for your kiddos. They are not from exclusive boutiques but are readily available and inexpensive.
1. Koala Socks
Following on from Australia Day and all things Australiana….there are these gorgeous socks available at Seed at the moment. They are only $6.95 a pair and are perfect for your little ones toes as we approach the cooler months.
2. Handbag Heroes
I found these in Kmart last week and they are fantastic to pop in your handbag to have with you for the kids. They are $3 each, come in this super cute drawstring calico bag and you can choose from memory, dominoes, mini bowling set etc. Keep your eye out for them, they are gold! (ps. if you have a ten pin bowling birthday party coming up…these would make great party bags as well).
3. Bunny Clips
Possibly peaking too early with these ones for Easter, but I love them anyway. These diamante bunny clips are at Seed at the moment for $4.95. Grab them and put them away for Easter time…
4. Plastic Stained Glass Feathers Kit
This one is also from Kmart and is $5 for the kit and contains: 8 feathers to decorate, paints, string and a brush. This would be a perfect weekend activity for kids and at the end you could thread them onto the string and make a mobile.
5. In The Navy
I have bought one of everything in this range currently available at Big W for as little as $1.00. You can choose from pencils, notepads, lever arch folders, gift boxes etc.
