From the moment I saw the trailer for the TV series THIS IS US I was hooked. I’m not exactly sure what it was but it looked like my kind of show and I was not disappointed.
I don’t want to give too much away for those of you who have not seen this series yet but it is a family drama that follows 3 sibling Kate, Kevin and Randall all born on the same day.
It constantly moves between time periods with flashbacks from a range of different stages in the siblings and parents lives which creates a really rich story along the way.
I do love me a good family drama and this one does not disappoint. It is so good it was nominated for Best Television Series – Drama at the recent Golden Globe Awards.
If you love to laugh and cry and enjoy some you time TV watching when the kids are in bed then you will love this.
