I am loving this simple breaky idea at the moment …. So simple and fun and I use different fruit each day.
- Put a small amount of the toasted muesli in a glass and
- Soak it for 5 mins in a small amount of milk (we use the skim UHT)
- Add the same amount of yoghurt as muesli
- add fruit to the top … I heat some fresh or frozen berries or add cranberries or sultanas sometimes.
Mix and enjoy!
