Below is a great recipe with a twist that your kids will love with some good ingredients in there. Thanks to Peta from The Road To Loving My Thermomix (ps. this recipe is based on the traditional way of cooking and Peta’s blog has both thermomix and traditional cooking recipes)
Makes 24
Ingredients
45g oats
80g sugar
400g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed (this will weigh 250g)
50g cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g butter
Sprinkles of choice
Instructions
Place oats into food processor.
Blitz on medium for 20 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blitz on medium speed for 20-30 seconds. This will be a wet mix.
Spoon mixture onto a lined baking tray. This will make 24 biscuits.
Place sprinkle on top of each biscuit.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
This recipe can be doubled.
