This is an easy dinner and its always a hit with my kids. Its also a super easy one that the kids can easily make with (or for) you haha
When I need an easy big meal or a side-dish for a BBQ, this is a go-to option. I sometimes fast-track it by using part of a cooked chicken rather than the cubed chicken (that I have to cook)
Ingredients:
- 1 can creamy chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons of mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
- 250g diced chicken
- 500g pasta
How To:
- Boil up your pasta on the stove
- Mix up the soup, mayonaise and curry powder in a bowl
- Fry the chicken, tossing until cooked through
- Put all of the ingredients together in a baking dish and sprinkle some grated cheese over the top
- Bake for 15-20 minutes on 180deg or until the the top cheese browns
