It is National Food Allergy Awareness Week.
We know that for many of our SchoolMum families you are living this reality everyday AND with these kind of statistics it is important that we are all food allergy aware.
To raise awareness for this increasing problem in Australia, we are encouraged to paint one fingernail this week to represent the 1 in 10 babies born in Australia today that will develop a food allergy.
Food allergies are very serious and can quickly escalate to become life threatening.
