Christmas in July : White Tim Tam “Snowballs”

0

Here is a simple & delicious recipe for a small “Christmas in July” treat!

You will need:
1 packet of Arnott’s White Chocolate Tim Tams (contains 9 biscuits)
½ cup of Skim sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup of desiccated coconut
an extra ½ cup of desiccated coconut (to roll & coat the snowballs)

Step One
Place the tim tams into a food processor until they resemble crumbs.

Step Two
Add ½ cup of skim condensed milk & ¼ cup of desiccated coconut to the biscuit crumbs and mix well until smooth.

Step Three
Roll spoonfuls of mixture into small balls and then roll through coconut to coat the snowballs.

Step Four
Place onto lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 mins before serving.  Makes 15.

* Tip:  take them out of the fridge and re-roll them at about the 10 min mark, this will help to keep their round ball shape better.

Enjoy!
